Too much Garden Tech Daconil on roses

I mixed Daconil concentrate in a spray bottle and put way too much. I sprayed one of my rose bushes and it is almost milky white. Is this going to kill the plant and how do I remove it. I watered several times. Trying rubbling it off and it just smears. Any suggestions? Next time I will read the ratio more carefully.
