The bait for Trelona ATBS Annual Monitoring Stations should be replaced on an annual basis, or as needed due to environmental conditions. You can refer to the manufacturer's Installation & Service Guide (pg. 6) for more specific instructions for inspection and replacement intervals.
The Trelona ATBS Annual Monitoring Stations should be installed 2-4 feet out from the foundation and should be spaced 10-15ft apart but no more than 20ft between each station. Using a hand auger or auger shovel, you will dig holes the diameter as the station but should be dug 1-2 inches deeper to allow for water run off at the bottom of the station.
