Trelona Compressed Termite Bait cannot be used in the manner you're describing. The bait cartridges should only be used in their intended bait stations. Hand feeding them will not quicken the kill. Baits are desinged to be a slower kill so the insect has ample time to carry the bait back to the colony and share it. Termite baiting systems are best used to monitor termite activity prior to having an infestation in your home, but they still may be used as part of a plan to eradicate an infestation as well. We do not recommend relying on termite bait station alone to elimated termites which are already inside the home. If you are looking for a more direct application for eradication we would suggest doing a trench treatment. You can find all the details for this treatment found in our Termite Guide.
