According to the Triplet SF Selective Herbicide product label, the rate of this product is based on the grass type.
For use on Bahiagrass, Bluegrass (Common), Bermudagrass, Fescue, Ryegrass or Zoysiagrass you would use 1.1-1.5 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft. in 0.5-5 gallons of water.
For use on dormant St. Augustine (Common, Raleigh, and Seville varieties grown in Texas, Lousiana, Mississippi only). Dormant Centipede grasses (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi only) you would use 0.75-0.90 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft in 1-5 gallons of water.
For use on Bentgrass, you would use 0.67 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft in 3.3 gallons of water.
It can take up to two weeks to start to see results after application of Triplet SF Selective Herbicide.
Triplet SF Selective Herbicide is best applied when temperatures are below 90 degrees.
Triplet SF Selective Herbicide has a 3-5 year shelf life from the date of purchase if stored away from extreme temperatures in a cool, dry place.
Triplet SF Selective Herbicide does not require the use of a surfactant.
It is recommended to keep children and pets off the treated area until the treated area has completely dried after applying Triplet SF Selective Herbicide.
Triplet SF Selective Herbicide is not labeled for use in a pasture. You could look at using a product like Hi-Yield 2, 4-D Selective Weed Killer as it is a 2,4 D that can be used in a pasture. VPG (the manufacturer) advises to wait a minimum of 30 days after application of Hi-Yield 2, 4-D Selective Weed Killer before allowing animals to graze. If you are applying in a non-grazing area, they would need to be kept out of the area while spraying and until the product dries completely.
Reseed no sooner than 4 weeks after the application of Triplet SF Selective Herbicide.

If wanting to overseed after an application of Triplet SF Selective Herbicide, you will need to wait 3 to 4 weeks to apply Triplet SF for best results. Per the product label, apply at the mix rate of 0.75-0.90 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft in 1-5 gallons of water or 2 to 2.5 pints per acre in 40 to 200 gallons of water.
The product label for Triplet SF Selective Herbicide states to make no more than 2 applications per year, not exceeding 10 pints of product per year. Please refer to the label for rates and application instructions specific to your grass type, and avoid treating your lawn in when temperatures exceed 95 degrees, in order to prevent stress to your lawn.
The label states that no more than 2 applications of Triplet SF Selective Herbicide can be made per year with 30 days in between applications
Triplet SF Selective Herbicide is labeled for dandelions and mixed at 0.67 fl oz to 1.5 fl oz in 0.5 to 5 gallons of water to be applied every 1,000 sq ft depending on the turfgrass you have.

Triplet SF Selective Herbicide is labeled to be used in dormant centipede grass in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi only.
Triplet SF Selective Herbicide is not labeled for use in a pasture.The manufacturer advises to wait a minimum of 30 days after application and multiple mowings before allowing animals to graze.
Triplet SF Selective Herbicide is labeled to control speedwell.
Most herbicides are not recommended to be applied with a hose-end sprayer because it is not as an accurate of a spray as what you have with a pump style tank sprayer. Without knowing your grass type I am not able to tell you how much product you should use per 1,000 sq. ft. If you look on page 5 of the Product Label they have the rates listed by grass type.
