I've been wondering I am seeing more drops of tiny granules (about the size of hair or 2x the hair diameter) colored light brown or dark brown scattered on top of a working table, floor of my garage or at the side of my side wall vent. I could see a mound of accumulations particularly at the side of the wall vent. They are tiny granules (rounded)---- not the type of a wood shavings cause by a possible carpernter ants. I don't know what causes it.... I can see these at my garage, which could be from the rafter, or roof's wood. What causes this? and how to treat this? how to find this the cause of this? This part of the garage is very dry...
If you are unsure of what type of infestation you might have we would recommend having a professional pest control company come out to make a proper identification. Most companies will do a free inspection. Once you have correctly identified what is causing the issue we would be happy to recommend the best treatment.
