My lawn has deteriorated over the 25 years of using commercial lawn services. I have now switched to a “natural” one to see how it works and because it's an inconvenience to have to wait to walk on lawn plus I have a lot of wildlife. I even think my pin oak street trees got overly fertilized and are dying. Anyway just curious about urea because my plants and grass that my dog pees on are green and lush!

The Anderson's HCU 44 - 0 - 0 Humic Coated Urea would be considered more of a quick release fertilizer to provide a nice green up to the lawn. The length of response time you have from each application will depend on the rate of product applied, not necessarily on if you apply as a liquid or dry application.
