Per the label and the manufacturer's recommended mix rate for Demon WP Insecticide, this would be too concentrated of a solution to apply. The maximum number of packets per gallon of water the manufacturer recommends is 2 and that is for pests such as bees, ticks, and wasps. Too heavily concentrated of a solution can reduce the effectiveness of your treatment.
