Using Captain Jacks Deadbug as a soil drench for killing gnats larvae

I understand that spinosad is not intended to be picked up systemically by the plant, however can the bug brew be used as a soil drench to kill fungus gnat larvae? Similarly to what is done with BTI in the mosquito bites?

Captain Jacks Deadbug Brew Concentrate is not labeled to be used as a soil drench nor is it labeled for fungus gnat larvae.
