Using this can it be used in the yard after rain or applied before it rains like a few hours before...

And the next day after it rains. My yard holds water in some areas and didn't know if it should be completely dry before using and then spray and let dry.

Answer:

Knock Out Ant, Flea & Tick Killer Granules  work best if applied to dry turf.  The product has to be watered in with 1/2 inch of water or rain, to be activated.
