This product is an IGR, or insect growth regulator, meaning that it disrupts the life-cycle of insects, preventing eggs and larvae from maturing into adults. PestXpert IGR Concentrate is meant to be used in conjunction with an adulticide or pesticide to help manage a pest infestation. After the infestation in under control, it can be used alone to prevent a new infestation from forming. To use PestXpert IGR Concentrate, first, consult the product label and add the recommended amount for the pest or area you are targeting to a gallon of water in a sprayer. Replace the sprayer cap and vigorously shake the sprayer to thoroughly mix the liquids together. For outdoor areas, spray PestXpert IGR Concentrate in a slow, sweeping motion 3 feet up and 3 feet out from the foundation of your home or structure. Also, spray around doors, windows, patios, decks, and other exterior areas of the structure.
