    Is the adhesive strong on the Wall Placard - 3" x 4"? Can it stick to multi surfaces?

    Wall Placard - 3" x 4" sticks to: Brick, Concrete, Stucco & Rigid Wall Surfaces.  Though it is mainly used on stations to note the contents.
