The mixing ratios are as follows: ROSES: 2 fl oz (4 tbsp) per quart of water for each plant, FLOWER BEDS: 2 fl oz (4 tbsp) per 2 gallons of water to treat 12 sq ft, AZALEAS, CAMELLIAS, RODEDENDRONS, OTHER SHRUBS: 1 fl oz (2 tbsp) per quart of water to treat each foot of plant height. You can find all of the mixing instructions on the product label which we have linked in our answer but which is always available on our website on the Bonide Rose RX Systemic Drench Concentrate product page below the picture of the product.
