What does the screw do at the base of the dust bellow?

I just purchased a dust bellow from you and it did not come with instructions. I have watched your online video and know how to fill the duster, add a pebble or two, and apply the product. The applicator has a rubber gasket and screw at the base of the bellow. What is its purpose?

Answer:

In the event that the Bellow Hand Duster nozzle becomes clogged, you may unscrew the rod from the rear of the nozzle and insert it into the nozzle to break up any clogs.
