Cleary 3336, Mancozeb and Captan are all named as products that will help eliminate (if applied when disease is just becoming active) and prevent Cedar Hawthorn Rust on several University extension sites. We do recommend that you contact your local extension office and speak to the master gardener on staff as different products are recommended in different regions
