What is mixture ratio to spray cattle for flies with Permethrin SFR?

Want to mix 2 gallons.

Answer:

The product label for the Permethrin SFR gives a few different rates for applying to cattle.

For Horn flies, face flies, stable flies, house flies, horse flies, deer flies, black flies, eye gnats, mange mites, scabies mites, ticks, lice and sheep keds you would use 4 fl. oz. to 25 gallons water (treats 50-100 head). That breaks down to about .16 fl oz per 1 gallon. For Horn flies, face flies, stable flies, ear ticks and lice you would use 4 fl. oz. to 2½ gallons water (treats 64-80 head). Please refer to the product label for complete instructions for your specific application.
