What is the bag attached to the bottle of Hi-Yield Killzall Quick RTU?

The gallon jug is pictured with a mystery bag of something. But the label PDF on this page only addresses the spray bottle product, which has no mystery sack.

Answer:

The bag shown attached to the  Hi-Yield Killzall Quick RTU gallon size is the hose and trigger for applying the product.  You would remove the cap and place the hose inside and tighten onto the bottle.
