You should hand remove any adults by searching the plants at night with a flashlight, Drop the active adults into  a bucket of soapy water. For the juveniles you can help control them with a fast acting product such as Bonide Eight in One concentrate spray.  Use 1 ½ fl. oz. in 1 gal. Allow 14 days between last application and harvest. Make no more than 8 foliar applications per growing season
