What is the best treatment method for control of black leaf spot on Fraiser photinia using systemic and contact fungicides?

Answer:

A Systemic application using Eagle 20EW would be applied around the root base to the root zone for uptake into the plant. Entomosporium is best treated with foliar applications so using the Daconil Fungicide Concentrate is a good choice.
