What is the best way to get left over residual of Talstar P Professional Insecticide off window panes once it has dried?

Talstar P residual may dry on window panes if you spray them, but if diluted correctly, then it should dry clear. If you have any milky residue, then you can wipe it off with a damp paper towel or cloth
