What is the best way to get rid of moles/voles--gophers?

I have 2 different yards and they are really tearing up the yards.

We recommend that you have an inspection by a professional prior to treating moles, voles and gophers if you are unsure which one you are dealing with. The best treatment for moles is to eradicate the insects (grubs, earthworms, etc) that they feed on. You can trap or offer a bait labeled for voles.
