I wanting to hang a 100lb fireplace mantel from the ceiling (about 9 hooks per side). Wondering if these will hold the weight.
The Panacea Black Double J Hook is measured to be 8" long and is about 1/2 in in diameter. We would NOT recommend you to use the hooks for your fireplace mantel. It's meant for holding up light items like bird feeders on stands for example, not heavy things.
