What is the difference between Avenue South Broadleaf Herbicide for Turfgrass and Speedzone Lawn Weed Killer Concentrate?

Answer:

There are a few differences between Avenue South Broadleaf Herbicide for Turfgrass and SpeedZone Lawn Weed Killer Concentrate, the first being the active ingredients. Avenue South contains 2,4-D - 7.28% Dicamba - 2.06% Penoxsulam - 0.70% Sulfentrazone - 0.70%. SpeedZone contains 2,4-D, 2-ethylhexyl ester 28.57?rfentrazone-ethyl 0.62% Dicamba 1.71% Mecoprop-P 5.88%. Also, each product is labeled to be used on specific grass species. Avenue South can safely be applied to warm-season grasses like St. Augustine, including Floratam, while SpeedZone is not. Be sure to look at the product labels to see which one would best suit your needs.
