Answer:

For Powdery Mildew on Crepe Myrtles, Honor Guard PPZ Fungicide with 14.3% Propiconazole would be mixed at 1-2 fl oz in 100 gallons of water (0.01 – 0.02 fl oz per gallon of water) and for blackspot on roses, the mix rate is 5-8 fl oz per 100 gallons (0.05 – 0.08 fl oz per gallon of water).
