What is the mix rate of Coastal Herbicide per gallon of water if using a 4 gallon sprayer?

Answer:

When applying Coastal Herbicide 2.5 gal. in January through March, the use rate is 48 oz. per acre. This is equivalent to 0.48 to a gallon of water per 1000 sq ft. Higher rates may be used if spring transition is at least 4 to 6 weeks away. Do not apply if spring transition is imminent or expected within 3-4 weeks unless delayed green-up and/or temporary yellowing can be tolerated.
