What is the rate for Sevin SL Carbaryl Insecticide to treat 6 large pecan trees that are approximately 60 to 80 ft apart. Last years harvest had worms in some of the nuts.

Answer:

The mixing rate of PROKoZ Sevin SL Carbaryl Insecticide for pecan trees 1 1/2 - 3 3/4 fl oz per gallon of water. This will treat 1000 square feet.

According to the product label, repeat applications as necessary up to a total of 4 times per crop (including any applications at the dormant or delayed dormant timing) but not more often than once every 7 days.

Do not apply within 14 days of harvest.
