Can I return it if doesn't meet my needs? I'm trying to keep my dogs out of my flower garden, where they lay in the mulch and damage the flowers. But it's a small area (next to walkway and front porch) and I'm not sure this is the answer.
We only allow returns on unused merchandise. If the product has been used it is no longer in retail condition and we cannot accept the return. There is a 2 year manufacturers warranty on the Scarecrow against any type of manufacturer defect "Contech Enterprises warrants to the original purchase of its products that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. This warranty does not cover damage caused by or attributable to acts of God, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or damage caused in transportation."
