What kind of lure will attract paper wasps and or hornets?

I'm unsure what I have. They are in my siding and under my deck, so I am having difficulty finding nexts.

You can try an array of foods to try and attract them out for identification. Beer, apple juice, tuna, raw chicken etc would work great.
