Roundup Pro Max should be mixed at least at the rate of 5-9 oz per gallon of water for brush, vines, and trees. Oftentimes, you may need an herbicide containing Triclopyr, like that found in brush and stump killers, to get the best control over woody-based plants such as trees and vines.
