What should be done in order to create the foam after the foaming agent is added?

Do you need to shake the soluion in the Chapin Poly Foamer spray bottle?

Answer:

You should shake the foamer vigorously to insure all of the liquid is sufficiently mixed and to activate the foaming concentrate. If you are still not able to get the foamer to produce foam we recommend you contact Chapin as they will help you trouble shoot the foamer and help you get it working.
