What should I use to spray my citrus trees to prevent the citrus Psyllid from infecting my trees?

Answer:

Monterey Take Down Garden Spray can be used only if psyllids are actively on the trees.  For prevention you would use something ilke the Fruit Tree & Vegetable Systemic Soil Drench.   There is a great article here that can help.
