I have a Scott's Edgeguard spreader. what does it need to be set at for this seed and do I spread the seed by itself or mix it with something?
The setting you need for your spreader will vary with how much seed you need to apply and how quickly you walk when applying it. You can apply this using a broadcast, drop, or hand crank spreader. We would recommend starting at the lowest setting on your spreader with seed since it is generally very fine. You can start with a small area such as 500 or 1,000 square feet, and then adjust your settings after treating that small area as needed. We do not recommend mixing the Hulled Bermuda Grass Seed or other seed with anything else when applying.
