What to do with liquid Sevin Concentrate hardened in the bottle?

Anyway to liquify it, add water or vinegar?

If the liquid in the Sevin Concentrate bottle has hardened, it would need to be discarded as it is no longer usable. Even if you could liquify the contents, the efficacy has been diminished.
