What's the best IGR for Mosquitoes?

I was looking at Archer / Nyguard IGR for mosquito control around my property. Is one better than the other? Do IGRs help if I'm only applying to shrubbery and no standing water?

Answer:

Archer IGR would be a better choice of the two for outdoor mosquito control. The IGRs help insecticides work better by not allowing mosquitoes to reproduce. We have products to treat standing water but they would kill the larvae
