When is the best time to apply Monterey Once A Year Insect Control II?
I live in Central Calif and our crepe myrtles are emitting lots of "honey dew" right now (late Sept) . If I apply Monterey OAY Insect control now, will it help the tree for 12 months? O is it best to wait and apply before the next grow season?

Monterey Once A Year Insect Control II can be applied anytime, except when the ground is waterlogged or frozen. These conditions inhibit themovement of the product down into the root zone.
