  Usually, a fertillizer such as CoRoN 18-3-6 Plus 0.5? can be applied at any time as long as the turf is not dormant. We suggest contacting your local cooperative extension office for specific timing. CoRoN 18-3-6 Plus 0.5? does not state a surfactant is needed when using the product so it is not required.  However, the product label does state if product is being mixed with spray adjuvants follow all precautionary statements on the accompanying product(s) label.
