Either product would be great to use for pre-emergent control.  The Pennington Pro Care Crabgrass Control Plus .37 Prodiamine 0-0-7 has potassium in it, which helps the overall growth/health of the grass.  The Hi-Yield Turf & Ornamental Weed and Grass Stopper with Dimension will provide some early post emergent control of crabgrass as well.  The Pennington product offers no early post emergent control.
