Answer:

Both products contain putrescent egg solids and garlic and repel animals by smell.  I Must Garden Deer Repellent All Season Concentrate contains cinnamon, clove, and lemongrass oils in addition to the putrescent egg solids and garlic, which will give it a more pleasant, "spicy" smell.  Per the product label, it will only repel deer (not rabbits).  The Liquid Fence Deer & Rabbit Repellent Concentrate 113 contains only putrescent egg solids and garlic.  It is labeled to repel both deer and rabbit but will not have a pleasant smell.
