My Japanese Maple is dying. The leaves turn downward, scorch, and fall. I just noticed that the underside of the leaves are covered with white cottony spots. What is going on? It has lost most of it's leaves and looks dead.
You should contact your local cooperative extension office. Most extension offices have a master gardner that can help you identify the pest insects that are attacking your trees. Once you have identified the source of the damage we would be happy to help you select the product for your needs.
