Why did I have approx 24 ounces of a foamy sludge in the bottom of my 25 gallon tank sprayer with Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide and water?

The sludge was so thick the sprayer stopped spraying properly. I agitated the product very well to begin with, it seemed very oily.

Answer:

Please provide us with the following information in order to better troubleshoot what may have caused this buildup in the bottom of your tank sprayer. Please email us at [email protected] with the following information: What is the lot number for the container of Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide that you purchased?  How many fluid ounces of Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide was used and with how much water in the 25 gallon tank?  Was the sprayer previously used and thoroughly rinsed with plain water before spraying?  Where was the concentrate bottle stored prior to mixing in the sprayer?  Once mixed in the sprayer, did the mixed solution sit in the tank longer than 24 hours?  Where was the concentrate stored prior to mixing in the sprayer?
