The sludge was so thick the sprayer stopped spraying properly. I agitated the product very well to begin with, it seemed very oily.

How many fluid ounces of Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide was used and with how much water in the 25 gallon tank?
Was the sprayer previously used and thoroughly rinsed with plain water before spraying?
Where was the concentrate bottle stored prior to mixing in the sprayer?
Once mixed in the sprayer, did the mixed solution sit in the tank longer than 24 hours?
Where was the concentrate stored prior to mixing in the sprayer?
