The monitoring system is less expensive for folks who want to help keep costs down.  The monitoring stations comes loaded with a wood base and a monitoring cartridge which usually need to be replaced once per year and are less expensive than the live bait. You will only put live bait in these stations when you observe termite activity.
We do offer an Annual system that comes loaded with live bait and these baits will need to be replaced usually once a year so they can be more expensive to maintain. The manufacturer decides on the quantity that comes per case. We also offer single stations in case the case is not quite big enough for you:
