Ranger Pro is a nonselective herbicide, meaning that it will kill just about any plant or weed that it is sprayed on. However, once the weeds in the area that you have treated are dead, it will not prevent any future plant growth from occurring. You will need to either re-treat with Ranger Pro if any other weeds pop up in the area, or treat the area with a pre-emergent herbicide to prevent future weed growth.
