I used to use the granules to poison voles in my garden by placing the granules in the tunnels. I also have bait stations designed for blocks.
We do not know the reasoning behind why the manufacturer discontinued the Terad3 pellets. Sometimes it is due to people using them off label (they are not labeled for direct burrow baiting or for voles) or could be due to lack of sales being high enough to warrant paying for the registration of it with the EPA. As newer and better products hit the market sometimes some will just become obsolete in comparison. The Kaput Rat & Mouse Place Packs are what most of our customers use for vole control these days. They load one packet per bait station and place the station right outside the burrow or activity areas where you know the voles are inhabiting.
