Will Annual Tree & Shrub Insect Control Concentrate kill webworms on a pecan tree that is not producing nuts yet?

The pecan tree was on my place when I moved here. It's about 30' high, with a circumference of 25." I started fertilizing it 2 years ago. It's looking a lot better except for all the webworms on it.

Annual Tree & Shrub Insect Control Concentrate is not labeled to control webworms, you can instead use Summit Biological Caterpillar and Webworm Control.
