I noticed on questions and answers on one of the other bait stations you suggested the Ant Cafe large for carpenter ants thank you.
The Ant Cafe Refillable Bait Stations are not recommended for use with carpenter ants as their larger size typically prevents them from gaining easy access, and traditionally they will avoid smaller stations like these and go for other food sources in the environment. You would want to consider either a station like the Ants No More Bait Stations for outdoor use, or use a granule bait that can be scattered lightly in areas of heavy activity, outside of pet and children reach.
