Barricade 65 WDG Herbicide is not labeled for Russian Sage however, the active ingredient in this product of prodiamine is mentioned in several articles as a great ingredient to use on the Russian Sage. I have attached one of these articles as well. Overwatering can induce bad health and root rot of Russian Sage also. It does poorly in wet soil with poor drainage, and eventually dies from winter-kill.
