Will Bifen IT kill ants and flies?

I know it said not for food producing plants but what about cucumbers, citrus and berries?

Answer:

Bifen IT will kill both ants and flies that come in contact with a treated area. However, it is not labeled for use on anything edible. Edible vegetation treated with Bifen IT should be discarded and not consumed. You should not consume anything in the area treated for one full growing season.
