Will birds be harmed if eating insects that have died from spraying Ortho Home Defense MAX Insect Killer Indoor & Perimeter?

I get that the spray - once dry - is not a problem to birds, but want to know if the insects that "acquire" the poison are then toxic to birds who may eat them.

Both of the active ingredients in Ortho Home Defense MAX Insect Killer Indoor & Perimeter with Comfort Wand, Bifenthrin & Cypermethrin have a low toxicity to birds according to the National Pesticide Information Center.
