Bonide Sedge Ender Concentrate will only work for Poa Annua as a pre-emergent application as directed on the product label. “Poa annua is a winter annual. Applications of this product should be made in August or September to established, non overseeded turf before Poa Annua germinates.” Since there have been some resistance issues with the active ingredient Prodiamine which is in Bonide Sedge Ender Concentrate, we actually would recommend using a product like Pendulum 3.3 EC as a pre-emergent instead. Please review the product label for application instructions. Depending on your lawn type, Blindside Herbicide WDG would be a great option as a post-emergent to treat already established Poa Annua. Please review the product label for more information about this product. Blindside Herbicide WDG is labeled to be used in warm season turf grass when treating for Poa Annua. For cool season turf grass, you would need to spot treat with a glyphosate product such as Roundup Quikpro.
