Need a product that will kill Nutsedge without killing my lawn. The Nutsedge has really spread through half of my front lawn.
The Bonide Sedge Ender will do a great job of controlling nutsedge, however we do not know what kind of lawn you have to tell you directly if it is safe for you to use. The product label list the following species of turf as tolerant to the Sedge Ender. Cool Season Grasses: Fescue, fine 1(Festuca rubra),Ryegrass, perennial (Lolium perenne),Bluegrass, Kentucky (Poa pratensis) Fescue, tall 2(Festuca arundinacea) Cool-season mixture Warm Season Grasses: Bahiagrass (Paspalum notatum)Buffalograss (Buchloe dactyloides) Carpetgrass (Axonopus affinis) Centipedegrass (Eremochloa ophuiroides) Kikuyugrass (Pennisetum clandestinum) Seashore Paspalum (Paspalum vaginatum) Zoysiagrass 3(Zoysia japonica) Bermudagrass 4(Cynodon dactylon) & hybrids Please let us know if you have any other questions.
