Answer:

As long as the bamboo is in its raw natural state (no finish of any kind or stain on them) then you can apply the Boracare with Mold Care to the bamboo blinds. Keep in mind if the blinds are exposed to rain regularly the product may not stay in the wood as long as it normally does over the years, so reapplication may be necesssary down the road if you don't seal the bamboo after treatment.
